ClearPermit.studio is an AI-powered off-grid and remote property design studio operated by Noble Refuge LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. ClearPermit.studio is the public brand of Noble Refuge LLC. When you submit a design brief, purchase a package, or contact us in any form, you are sharing information with Noble Refuge LLC (“we,” “us,” or “ClearPermit”).

We collect the following categories of information:

• Contact information — your name, email address, and phone number (phone is optional).
• Project details — your land’s location, size, county, description, distance to water, utility situation, and any photos you choose to upload.
• Design preferences — style, size target, primary use, budget range, bedroom count, bathroom count, foundation type, and must-have features.
• Payment status — we know whether payment was completed via Stripe, but we never see or store your card number, CVV, or banking information. Stripe handles all payment data.
• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, and general behavior collected via Google Analytics and PostHog. This data is anonymized and aggregated.
• Communications — any messages, revision feedback, or notes you send to us directly.

• Deliver your design package — renders, floor plans, and supporting documents.
• Send your order confirmation and project updates after payment.
• Follow up about your project status, revision rounds, and delivery.
• Respond to questions or support requests.
• Improve our website, forms, and content based on aggregated analytics.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data, use it for third-party advertising, or share it with anyone outside the services listed in Section 6.

• Stripe — payment processing. Card data is governed entirely by Stripe’s Privacy Policy and is never transmitted to or stored by us.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for order confirmations and project updates.
• Supabase — secure cloud database storage for project brief submissions. Data is stored in the United States.
• Vercel — website hosting and serverless infrastructure. Located in the United States.
• Google Analytics — anonymized website analytics. IP addresses are anonymized before storage.
• PostHog — product analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Data is anonymized where possible.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email andy@clearpermit.studio. We respond within 5 business days. We do not sell personal information. Minnesota residents may file a complaint with the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office if they believe their privacy rights have not been honored.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve or as required by law. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
